Thanks but getting Ch115 on Freeview with a HD tv seems to be the hard part. I tried re-tuning 3 times and still couldn't get it.

You need to have an HD tuner to get HD. (Do you have the HD channels on 101-105?, If not you don't have one)
May not be available as HD in all regions either. (Works in Carlisle)
Either way the Channel appears in SD or HD (as appropriate to region and equipment) on 115 Edit: Strike SD, only HD these days.
