On the last 10 games predictions thread if those 4 games were interspersed in the last 10 I’ll bet most on here would have us down for a minimum of 10 points from them. That said it’s still a good achievement and hopefully we’ll make it 5 on saturday

There's only one way of life and that's your own!!!

Four wins can certainly propel you up the league, dreaming of five but think that might be silly and over stretching my expectations.

Curle is certainly making it hard for them to sack him that is for sure.

As said, we are still in it and maybe a little excitement to tickle us before The World Cup is upon us :)

I wonder if there is some kind of understanding that should he make the play-offs he will be offered a deal. I also wonder if we get promoted will he think job done, proved my worth and be off. Let's face it if he hangs around he's looking straight down the barrel of a season of underfunded struggle in a relegation dog fight. He would face the very real danger of a sacking or relegation on his CV. Why not just leave and say I turned them from relegation fodder into a league one team, we know he's ambitious.

"That is the greatest feat in the history of the game."

CCU wrote: Most of you won’t listen, but Kavanagh’s set up was more professional than Curle’s. Far more in fact.

His problem was he just wasn’t a very good Manager results wise...

When Curle first arrived he found a load of phone numbers in the office vacated by Kavanagh, so he rang them up thinking they could be agents/contacts or whatever but they turned out to all be numbers of takeaways on botchergate. Some professional set up that like...

At least we're not Mullen.

Can’t be very clever if he rang a load of 01228 numbers expecting a network of agents!

Apparently he rang up and said he was looking for a number 9 and they sent him Chicken Jalfrezi, Pilau rice and a Garlic Naan.

I couldn't agree more and exactly what I thought would happen had we been promoted last season as I can't see Jenkins dipping into his pocket for a better standard of player.

The first sentence is just a lie. The second is hilarious. "results wise"?! Brilliant
