It'll be interesting to see how that turns out! Must be the bowyer/blackburn connection? Poor player in my opinion.

They don't like it up 'em!

Nice one, hope that he does well.

Was not sorry that we released him mind but if he can stay injury free and find a bit of form then you never know.

The problem is clubs need a squad of players so there are always going to be players like him lurking on the fringes getting paid to do nowt.
He doesn’t deserve to be a professional footballer, but life isn’t fair I suppose.

He can be a good player & he’s got a huge chance there, albeit a bit luckily & he probably knows it. May just be the motivation he needs.

He lost his head and his form this season but regain his confidence & anything is possible. A great move for him & good luck to him.

He was poor this season so it was expected that he be released.

Yes it will be very interesting to see how he does. Clearly he thinks he's a very good player and there's definitely some skill there but he didn't seem to get on with Curle. Playing regularly might help him keep in better physical condition. Good luck John!

Think there’s a bit more to JOS than we saw of late. Season before last there were certainly some better performances.

Will never forget his equaliser at Exeter away in the play offs. What a mad few minutes that was.

He didn't look too bad at the end of the play-off season but I think he's found his level now. Donkeylashers reserves!

i used to watch him warming up at half time at BP and he was to put it politely a lazy git... zero effort

every time he came on as a sub had a major sense of foreboding it was like carrying a passenger...

He was probably the worst player in the squad last season. I was disappointed with his time here as watching him for Accrington he looked useful. It just didn't work out here it happens and both parties needed a change of scenereries. He'll probably light up L1 this season and be sold for 750K.

No, he didn't if you find the quote you.ll find I called his time at Carlisle spot on

And don't be under any illusion hes only got a contract at Blackpool for two reasons one he.s cheap and Blackpool are desperate to sign enough cheap players before their budget runs out and hes mates with the manager

"The difference is the club belongs to the town and its fans. When I'm done here it.ll be better than when I came in and it.ll still belong to the town and its fans" Andy Holt. May 2017

Actually Northernsoul this is what you said:
Yes i rate him but you have to be willing / able to carry him when he disappears which he does for both minutes and sometimes whole games and i believe its this thats stopped him from going on to be the 5 million pound player they thought they had on their hands.

As a winger very exciting and always takes his man on and usually beats him also got an edge to him where he doesnt take any shit from the guys marking him

I.m told the penny has finnally dropped and hes accepted hes not going to be the new George Best and in asking to be released from his contract at BRFC with no firm contract on offer he just wants a clean break to get on with his life and career at what ever level that might turn out to be.But definitely one with future with sell on value and no cut to pay.
