Why 13.30pm

Don't know if its been mentioned on here as I rarely read the board in its new form but thought I will give it a try. But can anyone say why its a 13.30 pm kickoff on Saturday

It's the same for the reverse fixture as well I think. It's so away team can get back sooner, simple as that.
