Wanting championship wages will be why it's taken him so long to get fixed up

Accy gave him a trial in the summer and offered him 3 months on 500 quid a week to prove himself Apparently they never heard from him again

Mark Ellis scores for Tranmere to put them two nil up at Shrewsbury.

I rated him, many thought that he was clart - still here he is plying his trade and scoring in League 1 and look where we are now....

Just as well he hit the ground running when he went there really.

Good luck to him, he will still get a winners medal and be playing League One football next season I reckon.

Neil Warnock on EFL on Quest just said Clint Hill was his best ever signing. That’s some accolade given the amount of players he’ll have signed over the years!

I always wondered how many he would’ve scored in league. Really faded out in that 3rd season but he was troubled by his personal life.

Good move for him. He’s simply not football league quality. Hopefully he’ll get his career going again there.

2nd season......I remember Miller being out of action with his ankle. after surgery on his ankle his estranged wife passed away and was never the same player after his return to action.
