I've signed up for the season, £110. Seems reasonable to me.

How much do the club get of this or have they already sold their rights to the FL?

People complaining about “the three” who are complaining about the messsgeboards functionality and lost posts, because it’s not our system.

Then come on this thread and there’s people complaining about a system that’s not there’s - funny.

Anyway not working for me, not working for my mate in Taiwan so asked for a refund.

Problem is will the club miss out on the money due to the EFLs ineptness?

As a side note, after the game, went into I follow, having missed the first 12 minutes of the feed. Rewound to start and the stream before kickoff was visible to play.
Nice to know if it happens again and we have a fast start to view the goals missed if no stream.

I missed 13% of the game so I expect a refund of £1.33, at least, to cover the loss of service.

I’m not bothered that I can watch the 1st 13 minutes at a later time, it’s irrelevant as I missed the start and I know what happened.

To be fair £10 is a fair price, but it needs to work otherwise people will stop using it.

Mine worked right from the start in fact apart from the sound (1st half) for the Morecambe game having to suffer the chuckle brothers commentary I've had no problems with it

See an email came out today about this to acknowledge the fault and saying they will be in touch soon with regards compensating supporters. Hopefully get next match reduced. Have enjoyed watching the games on ifollow so far this season.

We know that all supporters would prefer to be in stadiums watching their team and making this happen as soon as it is safe to do so remains our top priority. In the meantime, we want you to have the best possible experience whilst viewing matches on iFollow and on Saturday, we were let down by our supply chain but take full responsibility and we are sorry your experience was not a good one.

We appreciate it’s no consolation to those that missed out that over 400 matches have been successfully streamed so far this season and iFollow is delivering fans with the ability to watch EFL matches on an unprecedented scale and supporters backing of the service is driving much needed revenues back into your club.

When things go wrong, we know you want answers as to why, on Saturday the problems experienced during your stream were due to a technical issue at our streaming provider, Endeavor Streaming. We are working with our provider on ensuring we don’t have a repeat of those technical issues in the future.

We are as frustrated as much as you are, when technical problems stop us from providing supporters with the best possible service via iFollow. You rightfully expect the best levels of service and on this occasion this did not happen, for which we apologise.

Additionally, there was a short fall in quality of the customer service experienced by some supporters on Saturday, due to an increased volume of enquiries to the support desk as a result of the technical issue we have outlined, again this is something we are addressing with Endeavor Streaming.

By means of apology for your poor experience, we will be compensating those supporters affected on Saturday and we will in touch again shortly with further details.

The club said 50% refunds, others received emails saying nothing.

Quite funny but the person on chat I spoke too on Saturday was called Mintysauce and a couple of us got emails signed Evermick and Marra. Port vale had ivorbiggen as their helper and Walsall Dumbbrum.

Funny but completely unprofessional! Check through twitter to see the others.

I'm getting a full refund too. I thought about replying and asking them not to do that but it could lead to confusion and more work on their part. My intention with this season was just to use iFollow for the home matches - that way CUFC get all the benefit. I'll probably watch an away match with my refund and hope that we get the required number of Blues watching so that we trigger some money coming to Carlisle. Sounds like there could be a few watching the Tranmere match...

Same for me Waltero just a refund and as Cousinscotty says I was just doing the home games so Carlisle benefit. I saw most of the game anyhow so wasn’t bothered about a refund.

I obtain an ifollow free pass via my season ticket. Following the reported problems, in compensation I have also received an email and given a one-off free pass for the Tranmere game. I’m more than happy because I use the ifollow service for our away games.

I had an earlier problem against Colchester where I was charged even tho’ I had a free pass. I complained to ifollow, copying in CUFC. I had a quick response from the club and a later response from ifollow. The pass system has subsequently been changed, and now there is no problem with free access for home games. I’m certain that it wasn’t just down to my complaint but also to others, however Carlisle United and ifollow, I’m sure, acted upon feedback.
