Farman 9* great saves to keep is in the game. Unlucky with the goal
Anderton 6 did nothing wrong
Tanner 8 always seems to the right thing.
Hayden 6 quiet but assured
Bennett 7.5 solid
Guy 7
Riley 7
Mellish 6
Akocha 6 looked knackered in the last 20
Patrick 6 worked hard
Dickinson 6 struggled to get into the game

Zanzala 5 the duty is well and truly out on him
Alessandra 5 not enough time to really make an impact.

We were lucky to get a point Salford tried to play and dominated possession. Our individual players aren't great but we work hard and are a good team. I think promotion would be a hell of an achievement but we could do better.
Thought Beech could have made subs a bit earlier, some if the lads look knackered, that's not a critism, just an observation.

If I was Toure I'd be pissed that Zanzala was getting game time ahead of me.starting to look like his face doesn't fit to me. Furman too.

Decent point considering they were a decent side.

A better display but not looking like a promotion team. An average game of football so mainly average ratings. Middle of field never got going.

I thought we weren’t at the races again today.Very lacklustre with only flashes of good football.

The language from the Salford bench was a [censored] disgrace-you cant let young kids listen to that.The aggressive clown who used 4 letter words in every sentence should be reported

It was particularly bad today with no commentary.I’ve played a lot of football so it’s par for the course but it’s terrible when it’s on TV-made worse given it was half scouse/manc

Toure and Furman don't fit the Beech mold. Neither of them run around like headless chickens trying to kick every blade of grass.

Beech doesn't like Toure as he's got a bit of technical ability and looks to use the ball intelligently. He doesn't like Furman as he'd be putting his foot on the ball and trying to pass to a blue shirt. Neither approach fits with his philosophy.

Says it all when he's forced into playing Charters, Charters is exceptional then is dropped without trace. It'll be "You see how Jon Mellish is playing, Taylor? Can you play like that?"
